# Headcount Enrichment

Append current employee headcount to the companies you're targeting, one company at a time or across an entire Parvenu list.

Headcount Enrichment looks up a company's current employee count from its domain. Use it to size-filter a list after it has been built, or to refresh headcount on a list that was sourced months ago.

### Endpoints

* [Individual Lookup](/enrichments/headcount-enrichment/individual-lookup.md): pass one domain, get the headcount back in the response. Synchronous.
* [List Lookup](/enrichments/headcount-enrichment/list-lookup.md): pass a `listname`; the API looks up every company in the list and writes the exact employee count to the `headcount` column and the size range to the `company_size` column. When only a range is known, only `company_size` is filled. Asynchronous.

### Use Cases

* **Filter a list down to your target company size after sourcing it.** Run headcount on a broad list, then keep only the rows that fall in your ICP's headcount band instead of resourcing from scratch.
* **Refresh stale sizing data on an older list.** Headcount changes as companies grow or shrink, so re-run this on a list sourced months ago before you launch a new sequence against it.

When two sources disagree, the more trusted one is kept: a headcount or size already filled from the company's LinkedIn page is not replaced.
