Open to Work Enrichment

Flag which contacts you're targeting have the Open to Work badge set, one contact at a time or across an entire Parvenu list.

Open to Work Enrichment checks a person's LinkedIn profile for the "Open to Work" badge. Use it for recruiting outreach, or to suppress contacts who are on their way out of the company you are targeting.

Endpoints

• Individual Lookup: pass one LinkedIn profile URL, get the flag back in the response. Synchronous.

• List Lookup: pass a listname; the API checks every contact in the list and writes the result to the open_to_work column. Asynchronous.

Use Cases

• Find candidates who are actively job hunting for recruiting outreach. Filter a sourced list down to contacts flagged Open to Work before you reach out.

• Suppress contacts who are on their way out of a target account. Skip a champion who is about to leave rather than spending a send on someone who will not be there to buy.
